Looking for our lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects? That's a separate policy — see Lifetime Guarantee.
If you've changed your mind about an EEZY™ or Super EEZY™ purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund — provided the comb is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
How to start a return
Email jo@theoriginalfabriccomb.com with your order number and a brief reason for return. We'll confirm whether the return qualifies and send you the return address within five business days.
Shipping
Return shipping is at your cost. For returns valued over $49, please use a tracked shipping service — we can't guarantee receipt of untracked returns. The original delivery cost (if any) is deducted from the refund; the return shipping cost is your own and is not refunded.
Condition
The comb must be unused — no marks, no fingerprints on the brass teeth, no damage to the handle — and in its original packaging. Items returned in less than original condition may be refused or partial-refunded.
Sale items
Sale-priced purchases are final and cannot be returned for change of mind. (They remain fully covered by our Lifetime Guarantee against manufacturing defects.)
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll notify you within five business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within seven business days of inspection.
Gifts
If the order was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped to you directly, you receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. If the order was sent to the original purchaser first, the refund goes back to them.
Late or missing refunds
If your refund hasn't appeared after ten business days from our confirmation, contact us at jo@theoriginalfabriccomb.com and we'll follow up.
